1883: The birth of the Blomberg brand

“Bernhard Blomberg establishes the Blomberg brand in Germany in 1883 trading in the metallurgical industry.“

1935: From metals to home appliances

“Gradually the company reduces its metal production operations and establishes a distribution channel for home appliances. In 1949, Blomberg launches its quality brand of home appliance products.“

1979: THE FIRST WASHING MACHINE

“In 1979, Blomberg produces the first washing machine with outer balance control in Germany. In 1981 it manufactures the first fully automatic washing machine.“

2004: A brand new Blomberg product
